This young man came into our Staten Island office and at first when he asked to speak to someone in charge the receptionist told him to leave a message and took his number but as I was heading to lunch something told me to see what he was trying to present to someone in charge, I caught him right as he was leaving and took him into my office to hear what he had to say. As he explained what his serviceI was I saw a young man trying to make a way in the world with a service that would actually bring real value to the company. Initially being that we deal with a ton of confidential records I made sure he had his HIPAA certification & from there he gave us a week to try it for free and let me tell you.. Air Dynamics HVAC Of South Jersey HVAC Owner Very reluctant to try this at first but its allowed my company since we started using it to increase our booked appointments by 6% since we started Ansara. I'm a bit older and don't really know much about this AI space but the young man was able to explain it to me in a way that didn't make me feel ignorant. He took 2 hours to sit and explain how it would work for my company if we decided to go with it and how it would benefit us and at first I told him we had it covered but he then followed up he ended up giving us a trial and since then I been content. If anything come up give him a call he's usually fast with the responses
I've been using this service for about six weeks for my mobile vet business & let me tell ya, Julian said the setup would be fairly easy but I had a few questions and had no problem getting in touch with him. Overall much easier than I thought and I'm honestly quite surprised at how well Sara is able to handle difficult callers and situations esp when its urgent with someone's pet.
